COVID-19/Coronavirus Response

To our Peachtree Pediatric Psychology Families (updated JANUARY 2024),

We are glad that the re-opening of our waiting room and providing in person appointments has continued to go well.

We are continuing to utilize Telehealth for initial intakes and feedback sessions. Testing services are now all in person; masks are optional.

To decrease risk to our patients, employees, and families, we are continuing our protocols such as:

  • Frequent and thorough handwashing for staff and patients is recommended.

  • If you are experiencing even mild symptoms of illness, please inform Dr. Cohen/our staff and stay home.

  • Employees will maintain their testing equipment and sanitize when they have completed working with each patient.

  • Employees will use wipes and/or spray to sanitize their work space and equipment.

  • Employees who are sick or have a sick family member in the home are required to stay home.

  • When client contact is not required, employees are recommended to telework.

We will continue to monitor changes to recommendations via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health organizations to determine when we can resume typical in office services. We plan to update this page once we are able to resume typical in person services.

It is our intent to remain in frequent communication with you, and please monitor our website for any changes to policies. We will also be monitoring our phone lines and messages. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions and make sure to leave a message if you do not reach Shaneque.

We are thankful to continue our work with you and your families.
